Sometimes maths is easy. Let's take for instance this situation right here: Major Lazer + Pharrell = MIND BLOWN. Easy right? Right. This collaboration is every bit as amazing as you imagined it would be.
Funk is back apparently ladies and gentlemen! And I don't think anyone could be happier than me about this right now. Young artists are turning to oldies to find their inspiration and create modern tunes with a more, let's say vintage, feel to them. Latest artist to follow this great trend is Paolo Nutini, with his latest track "Scream (Funk My Life Up)".
Yes, I know that given my previous posts, you wouldn't normally pin me down as a rock lover. But I am proud to say that I am! A huge one at that. It has always been one of my all time favorite genre. Today is Sunday. That means it's take-it-easy day. This is why A Great Big World's latest tune, "Say Something", is the perfect soundtrack for today.
I think I just found one of the best ever songs to wake up, work out, transit to work, get ready to go out to... basically almost every single moment of the day. Except sleeping.
